Lalroy Associates believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. The following terms and conditions apply to all order cancellations:

1. Cancellation Requests

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 9–15 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors or merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

2. Exceptions to Cancellation

Lalroy Associates does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, or other time-sensitive goods. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the customer can establish that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue to our Customer Service team within 9–15 days of receiving the product. The request will be processed once the merchant has verified and confirmed the defect at their end.

4. Product Not as Described

If you believe that the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service within 9–15 days of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, the Customer Service Team will determine the appropriate resolution.

5. Products with Manufacturer Warranty

For products that include a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service or product issues.

6. Refunds

In case a refund is approved by Lalroy Associates, the refund process will be initiated, and the amount will be credited to the customer’s account within 16–30 days of approval.
